Interactive team session in which the group runs through a facilitated exercise working closely together on their future as a team. They will need their imagination and their self-awareness to effectively assess both the current state and their future state including the journey to get there. Work Life Balance is non-sense. 'Busy or Impact is an impactful workshop with the ultimate goal to provide participants with tools to focus on the important stuff in work and life. Participants journey through their daily challenges and learn to look at pressure and stress from a different perspective, improving on their productivity. With new and fresh insights better choices are more easily made and implemented. The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for organizations, teams and individuals. It draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organizational development, psychology and learning. The LSP method is based on a set of fundamental beliefs about leadership and organizations:


  • Leaders don’t have all the answers. Their success is dependent on hearing all voices in the room.

  • People by nature want to contribute, be part of something bigger and take ownership.

  • Allowing each member to contribute and speak out results in more sustainable decisions and increases the level of engagement and commitment.


All too often, teams work sub-optimally, leaving team member knowledge untapped. LSP is an effective instrument in overcoming this. Having teams interact with the use of LEGO is not only impactful but also fun.
