The book is published in Dutch and has not (yet) been translated.
We find that a lot of people are searching for more quality in their existence in this ever faster changing world. Pace goes up, more options are available and work and life become more and intertwined. Because of all this many people find it hard to stand still and rethink their options and choices in life. Balance in the New World of Work
The New World of Work offers plenty of chances and opportunities. But there are also pitfalls. Since 2006 Doussac runs a program through which managers and staff can enhance their insight, develop their vision and act accordingly. The concept is very successful and recieves extremely positive feedback. Within Microsoft for instance it runs or has been running in 4 different European countries. People's view on their Work Life Balance has increase significantly after, and even during, the program in many international organizations. The University of Vienna, Austria has also adopted it. Balance in the New World of Work is very personal. What is good for some might be the wrong choide for the other. For that reason the program is aimed at increasing the insight of the individual and therefore tailormade. The program consists of five elements.
