We have both been working as trainer and coach since 1991. Before this we have had careers in management and consultancy in different companies some of which we served as CEO.
Besides training and coaching in the Dordogne, the place we live and work, we also have a publishing house, Doussac Editions.
We work and have worked in nearly every country in Europe, the US and in the Middle and Far East for companies such as Microsoft, Sara Lee, Friesland Foods, Wegener, Intermediair Trainingen, Damen Shipyards, DHL, Dactylo, Alcatel and many others.
With our guests we have intensive conversations, sometimes confronting discussions or clarifying excersises. And after that we eat and have a good glass of wine…
